Williston raw associated gas production* is expected to reach over 3.8 Bcf/d in 2035 from 3.3 Bcf/d in 2023 due to growing oil production as well as an increase in the gas/oil ratio over time. Williston raw associated gas production will remain flat during the forecast period. An increase of associated gas production may require an upgrade in gas processing and transmission infrastructure as existing infrastructure, in particular Northern Border Gas Pipeline, may be insufficient to meet growing volumes of associated gas. Incorrys estimates that dry gas production from Williston will reach around 3.0 Bcf/d after 2027.
