The US is expected to account for almost 30% of the world’s natural gas power generation in 2030, increasing to 2000 TWH from about 1500 TWh in 2022.

Russia, ranked second, is relatively flat over the forecast period at almost 500 TWh.

These top 6 countries combined account for about 55% of the world total in 2030, up from just under 50% in 2022.
