Natural gas production by company in 2019 is based on annual reports. Only the largest publicly traded producers are included. Smaller companies with production of less than 250 Bcf/year and private companies are not included. The largest natural gas producer is EQT, with production of 1,508 Bcf/year, followed by ExxonMobil (1,103 Bcf/year) and BP (923 Bcf/year).
Smaller producers not presented on this chart include QEP, SilverBow, WPX, SM Energy, Pioneer, Marathon, Noble, Seneca, Devon, Ultra, and Apache.
