East Texas Oil Production
Texas–Louisiana coast is a conventional basin with declining production. Production peaked in 2015 at 20 Mbbl/d. In 2023 only 6 wells were drilled down from 67 wells in 2014. Production in 2023 was 5 Mbbl/d.
