Full cycle cost for most natural gas basins dropped in 2021 compared to the 2013 -2016 era. This drop can be partially attributed to increase of new well productivity, focus on development of liquid rich areas, and drop in basis differential due to continued infrastructure development.
Going forward, Incorrys expects that full cycle costs will trend upwards as maturity in Marcellus and Haynesville basins bring on wells with lower EURs.
